Cat loves them great treat for feeding in-between wet cat food

Unfortunately my cat is one of those who WILL eat anything but CAN only eat a very limited number of foods without having severe tummy trouble. Along with Ava or Royal Canin Digest Sensitive wet food he used to get Applaws dry food, but then developed an intolerance to it so I moved him to Aatu Salmon and Herring. Until recently it was regularly on offer at around the same price per KG as Thrive, but in the last couple of years it rarely drops below almost twice that. So when I saw this with almost as high a fish content (70% vs 85%) and the majority of the rest potato, same as Aatu, I thought it was worth a try. I introduced it very slowly, for the first few days just giving him a few of the new kibbles as 'treats' now and then, then mixing it with his usual Aatu, a week each of 25% Thrive and then a week of 50% Thrive. He's now been on 75% Thrive, 25% Aatu for several weeks with no issues while I finish the bag of Aatu before moving him onto 100% Thrive. So if you have a cat with sensitive digestion and are looking a high quality food at a reasonable price, I can definitely recommend this. I'll be buying this instead of Aatu from now on, and as an added bonus I now have two dry foods I know he can eat if one should become unavailable for any reason, which was always a worry before. As a few others have noticed there is quite a strong smell off the Salmon and Herring Thrive which is noticeable when I go into my cat's room in the morning after the door being closed all night, but considering the savings I can live with that!

At first, my cat had diarrhoea because its stomach wasn’t used to the new food. As it continued eating it, my cat’s digestive system gradually adjusted, so the stool became softer but more normal toward the end.

Fussy cat likes this and no added sugar; which is good for his teeth. And a very high meat content. Not sure of the point of potato but maybe it sticks the ingredients together. Another high meat product uses rice. Potatoes versus rice?

If I could, I wouldn’t even give this product one star. I like Thrive, the food is good and my cats love it, but don’t buy it on Amazon. I bought a bag this month, and the best-before date was 21/03/2025. When I opened it, it had a really strong, awful smell, like someone had thrown up inside the package. I didn’t notice at first, until one of my cats actually vomited in her water fountain. Then I checked the date, bought a new bag from Sainsbury’s today, and that one smells completely fine. So now I know the one I got here was spoiled, and the fact that they’re still selling expired cat food online makes me really angry!! PLEASE DONT BUY IT!

My cats love these biscuits and it’s 90% Meat content

I have the chicken and turkey. The cats love it, not as much as Acana and Orijen though. It smells awful, very strong and putrid! Far stronger than any other dried k8bble we have in the feeder placed in the kitchen. I have a large open plan kitchen, the entirety of which now smells quite terribly, my only hope is that the packet placed inside my Petlibro automatic feeder, finishes quickly so I can swap back to some less smelly brands. 3 stars

Super Katzenfutter, weil mein Kater Diabetiker ist müsste ich für meine Katze (sie frisst nur Trockenfutter) ein Trockenfutter finden was, falls mein Kater etwas davon frisst, auch für Diabetiker OK ist. Das Futter wurde von meiner Katze super angenommen. Ich bin zufrieden.

Tolles Produkt hochwertig super Zusammensetzung mit unter 10% KH wird gut vertragen. Kann das Produkt guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Bei dem Anbieter kann ich keine Bestellung empfehlen. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich bei mir war eine Tüte aufgerissen. Ich bestelle es weiterhin aber nicht mehr von dem Anbieter. Man bekommt das Futter auch anderweitig

Producto perfecto muy bueno por mi gata

Après avoir fait en vain le tour des commerces vendant des croquettes de bonne qualité, j'ai enfin trouvé mon bonheur sur Amazon avec ces croquettes de marque Thrive. Pour rappel, les croquettes de bonne qualité doivent avoir un taux de protéines proche de 50% et un taux de glucides inférieur à 10% (il faut toujours bien consulter les composants analytiques au dos du sachet). Pour info, le taux de glucides n'est presque jamais précisé sur le sachet, à vous de faire le petit calcul (les glucides étant le composant à bannir pour nos petits animaux, les industriels se gardent bien de l'indiquer). Cerise sur le gâteau, ce sachet est de 1,5 Kg , c'est l'idéal en ce qui me concerne. Enfin, élément tout aussi important, mon chat adore ces croquettes (ce qui n'était pas gagné d'avance car mon fauve est on ne peut plus difficile). A propos du prix, ces croquettes ne sont pas bon marché, mais c'est le prix à payer pour de la qualité et pour prolonger l'espérance de vie de nos animaux Pour résumer, je suis ravie d'avoir enfin trouvé ce que je cherchais depuis très longtemps. Je donne 5/5 sans la moindre hésitation
