They really seem to work. I stress my body with intense competitive sport and often feel as though I am on the cusp of a cold. Since taking these every day there has been a noticeable difference where I feel healthy all the time. Very happy. I looked around for what looked like a quality product, but at the same time there were many that were way more expensive. Pleased with my choice here.

I have been using this product for quite a few years now. As I suffer with Acid Reflux, it needs to 'agree' with my digestion - and it does. Interestingly, it also has the (bonus) effect of reducing my hot flushes by around 50%. Although the capsules are large, because they are bullet shaped and have a plastic coating, I do not find them difficult to swallow. Recent supply problems with my current source have resulted in me placing an order with Amazon, which I will continue to do.

Thiers so much evidence that this Knocks infections and disease out That I feel as though it's Almost like a trade secret .So many stories of people taking these tablets that don't get sick and I thought it was one of those Products like airborne zicam not even close .Solgar was awesome 40 years ago and still are. If the entire world took Beta glucans it would be a much healthier place!!!!!
