Love this cream. We use a tiny amount everytime we change baby's nappy as a preventative measure. Baby is 4 weeks old and is still sore free. Fingers crossed this continues with all the warm weather coming up!

OK, so like many others I had used Metanium Ointment (in the yellow tube) for many years relying on this product for it's water proof barrier and healing qualities which I was never able to find a better alternative to when I couldn't get it. I use this product on myself (not on a baby) for spots, sore skin and occasional ongoing 'nappy rash' (following bowel surgery) so i was very disappointed to find that it has now been discontinued! So I tried the Everyday Ointment instead. To my surprise I like it. It is white (not yellow) and slightly thinner in texture with a slightly less waterproof coating, as I thought, however, I've been using it for about a month and find you still only require a small amount, it is not greasy like many nappy 'creams', stays on quite well but washes off easily to reapply. It has healed/ protected my skin pretty well and I would say it is a good substitute for my beloved 'magic cream'. Would recommend it, give it a try, you (or your baby) will benefit!

Cream very good , instant results .packaging was not very good the tube was battered about inside the container .

White cream, smells mild and pleasant and works as a silky skin barrier, good for price. Not as healing as the yellow one but it’s suitable for frequent use which is what I needed for. Cheaper than another popular brand.

I can’t recommend this nappy rash cream enough! My baby had been struggling with stubborn rashes that just wouldn’t go away, and after trying several other products, this was the one that finally worked. Within just a couple of applications, I saw a noticeable improvement—the redness reduced, and my baby seemed so much more comfortable. It’s thick but easy to apply, doesn’t have an overpowering smell, and forms a nice protective barrier. We now use it regularly as a preventive measure, and my baby hasn’t had a rash since. Absolute must-have for every diaper bag!

spreads well, stays on the skin for ages, stops further rashes where ever it is applied. smells good
