Is there a diffrence between this and the other black Pitt artist pens?

no, just a different selection of nib sizes - note that this pack has no brush nib - suits me better as I'm not that fussy about the pitts brush nibs...

Usually these types of pens dry up when used on painted, mixed media work, will these particular ones let me down?

I've done a lot of mixed media work with these pens and never had a problem with them drying out...

How long do these pens last roughly in terms of ink, (not sketching every day) ?

Would these work for fabric and stay permanent with no bleeding?

I don't think so. They're great on paper but on fabric my guess is that they'll bleed and would also fade after a few washes.
