Really useful product.
Getting older I found the plectrum/guitar pick starting a tendency to slip around in my fingers. I discovered some products in the USA to combat this but they were unavailable in the UK and postage was more than the product but then found this on Amazon. It's a really useful product and does what it claims. Pick feels secure with no slippage.

Excellent drumstick grip
It Works! Been using this stuff for years. I tend to hold the sticks lightly for a subtle approach whether rock, pop, funk, jazz or blues. Not heavy handed so dry skin allows sticks to slip. Tiny touch to index finger and thumb is all you need. Washes off in the breaks and at end. Only builds up on stick if I put too much on to be fair! Did develop blisters once - some nutjob bass player thought I should learn to twizzle the stick in my fingers - using the Gorilla Snot on soft inside of fingers AND spinning sticks deffo NOT a great idea!!

Perfect for pole dancers.....and probably drummers
This was recommended to me by my pole dancing instructor and I would recommend it to everyone else! Having known a few drummers I can say that we have many of the same needs - this grip doesn't gunk up on your hands, it doesn't stick to everything you touch, it doesn't wash off as soon as you start sweating, it does leave a layer on the pole (or I guess stick) so it's still grippy even if you haven't used the snot. *Just for pole dancers* This is perfect for upside down moves and climbing. It gives enough grip to hold you but it won't stick you to the pole, particularly good for routines with a lot of transitions. I've used this with both static and spinning poles and it's great for both, but needs to be used sparingly with spinning moves on the static pole or you will squeak all the way round! (You may want to try mighty grip for those moves) It let me do a thigh-drop in a onesie on a static pole, if that means anything. One final word of warning, haven't had pole-bite since I switched to snot, but I do get friction burn instead. So less pain, but more marks.

Simple but effective.
This is a brilliant product. I am a hard core shredder and I employ an alternative picking technique that demands efficiency. I had not realised how much energy I was devoting to simply maintaining a grip on the plectrum. This product will free you from that. Over time it will improve the stamina of your picking hand and reduce fatigue. If your thing is acoustic strumming again this will be of enormous help. Do not be put off by the price - only a tiny amount is required each time you play.

Great stuff for keeping your pick from slipping
I bought some of this after buying some good picks but I found them slippy in my fingers. I think all this use of hand sanitisers, soaps and creams are taking away the oils from my hands so my picks just keep flying off into the air or dropping to the floor. This Gorilla Snot is brilliant. Only a smudge on the pick lasts for ages. I stopped playing. The stickiness left my fingers. I went back playing an hour later and the small residue of "snot" was still effective. I've made a brilliant discovery. Thanks. Value for money. No mess. No smell.

Sore right hand fingers to match my sore left hand fingers
Didn't really work for me. I tried a few different picks and tried putting a small amount on my fingers, or a small amount on the pick. Although it helped with sweaty pick syndrome, I found it made my fingers sore and irritated, then over a long session it washed off with my sweat. I realise my favourite pick has a dimpled surface which solves the problem better. Matt surfaced picks don't make any difference. I think next box of picks, I'll look for dimples.
