I’m a big fan of this supplement. It helps calm my anxiety. I take 2 pills every morning & if there’s a lot of stressful things happening I take 2 more in the evening.

Excellent product

Dislike the time it takes in the mail - 14 days plus. Like the packaging, sufficiently packed. It is not readily easy to comment on the effectiveness of this product. Micronitrients take time to note any sign of changes. It suggested 4 days but I would differ that and suggest it to be around 4 weeks. It's not wonder pills. It is a broad spectrum of multivitamins & minerals. It is also difficult to ascertain the purity of this supplements. So far no nutritionists &/ dietitions in Australia have endorsed and or recommend this product line. Only trial & error and time will bear witness to the quality and effectiveness of this product.

I'm only a week or so into taking these but I have noticed what I think are a few positive changes. Firstly, I feel like I sleep better. I am not wanting (or able) to nap during the day like I have been doing for many years. That makes me feel like my quality of sleep during the night is better and that I'm getting more fully rested which is great! My mood might be SOME better; I can't really tell yet. However, there is enough of what might be a difference that I will definitely continue taking these. They are easy to swallow and seem to work at least in some capacity. I have noticed enough subtle difference that I feel like these will really help a lot over time and as these nutrients build up in my system. Definitely worth trying and I would heartily recommend!

Depression and bipolar disorder runs in my husbands family. My first daughter grew up a very happy child.
