BaByliss Wide Plate Sleek Control Straightener

I have very thick coarse hair and my straighteners were on their way out and seeing the price of the wide plate GHDs I wanted to try something more affordable. I am so glad I choose these straighteners they are amazing! They go through my hair so fast and the plates are smooth with no dragging. My hair is also naturally wavy and after using these my hair is poker straight and sleek and stays like that all day. The casing on the straighteners doesn’t get overly hot which is a bonus as for my hair I need it on the highest setting. I highly recommend these for anyone with thick hair not wanting to spend an absolute fortune these are just as good as the GHDs in my opinion.

Wanted to give a wider plate straightener a try but didn’t want to pay too much in case I didn’t like it. As it is, I do like it & have decided not to pay for a more expensive brand, as this one does the job well.

Great straighteners for longer, thicker hair. Heat up quickly, easy to use, giving faster ability to straighten hair, due to wider plates. Much easier and quicker to straighteners my hair. Far better than my GHD's. Definitely recommend, great value, especially as I purchased then at a reduced lighting deal price.

I bought these since my last straighteners stopped working, which I loved and thought it would be hard to find any as good that didn't cist the earth.That was until these babies arrived!Honestly for the price I wasn't exiecting them to be that great, but the reviews were good so I thought I'd try atleast...I can honestly say they are the best straighteners I've ever tried!My hair is so thick and frizzy once washed and dried and its hard to find much to tame the mane, but these are amazing.They take a while to heat up compared to others, but trust me you won't care.In one go my hair went from frizzy to polka straight! It didn't take long to do all of my hair either and it stayed straight all day even after being outside and back home in the warm,which fir me NEVER happens.All I can say is try them, you really won't be disappointed.

Straightens very quick I have very thick and long hair and it’s straighten within 5 minutes, however does pull hair quiet a bit that’s a major down side
