Have used one of these Babyliss gas tongs for years and love the item. I'm now onto my fourth to fifth one.So easy to use without a cord getting in the way. Heats up really quick and curls the hair well. Brilliant for travelling.My tip to you is clean the barrel regularly as hair products tend to stick to it a bit and then it sticks to the hair when curling.On average I would say the tongs last around 5-6 years before it stops working.Worth every penny.

Bought for my Mum, she loves it. Perfect if you want to style your hair after a swim and compact enough to fit in your bag along with your swimwear. Heats up fast too

Had Braun tongs using gas cylinder, a long time ago, and liked them very much. Decided to try these BaByliss cordless tongs. Very neat, fairly easy to use, will be great when travelling. Only negative comment is that they seem to take a long time to heat up, but are effective when they do. So I would still recommend.
