The template was wrong and replacement sent electronically printed out on A4 was to scale, ie too small. Not difficult to make own template with 3 sheets of A4, sellotape and a biro. Instructions were fab and all bits and pieces included, apart from drill and drill bit, obviously. Installation was really straight forward. Very sturdy and will need two to attatch to wall. Adjustment of tilt and rotation is effective and simple.

Great product easy to hang on wall. It’s extremely heavy and very very sturdy even when fully extended. Extends and retracts perfectly to be flat against the wall. Definitely recommend.

The product allows me to address a need I had to find a "long (48 inch)" retractable bracket to mound a TV and when not in use get it out of sight. To the left of the firebreast in our lounge there is an alcove in which the TV can be stored. Yet when needed the TV pulls out proud of the firebreast yet takes up no floor space. This product is perfect for the task and appears very well made and sturdy.

Cant fault the actual physical bracket, fits my 65 inch LG C2 on perfectly and extends far enough to rotate TV a full 90° turn, so I'm happy. The only thing is the fixing template is completely wrong and doesn't match the bracket fixing holes, so I was a little disappointed after using it to find I had way to many holes in my brand new extension wall that were not needed. DOH! I contacted the seller to let them know, who kindly refunded me 10%, which was a nice gesture. Like I said though can't fault the bracket itself.

The template that is provided in the package is inaccurate. I followed the instructions and trustfully used the template to drill the holes and ended up with having the holes in wrong positions as a result

Easy to put up and works great with no issues when using it. I would recommend to buy. I would recommend atleast 2 people when setting up to making easier when putting the tv on.

I wanted my TV to tuck away on the wall, and come all the way out in to the centre of my room. This was the only mount on the market big enough, and it's perfect.HOWEVER. Whichever silly fella decided to include a mounting template that is NOT TO SCALE is an absolute muppet.Would have been a smooth install if I just ignored it, but "No," I thought "this time I'll use the template and save my back from holding this heavy mount up to the wall whilst I try to scribe marks with my pencil in my mouth". A dozen holes in the wrong place (that I had to put in extra studs for too!) later, I realised it wasn't the same bloody size as the mount.Otherwise, love it.
