PEBEOBlack Gesso Studio 500 ml, APGSB5, 524135

It’s a great product, good coverage and very nice black colour. I mixed it with poring medium and the black becomes a bit shiny. It’s a very thick gesso but very smooth. I’m happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it. It’s better than a normal black paint , good pigmentation, great price .

Love this size container came with bubble wrap no splits and in a nice size box.. Brilliant idea just what I needed as yet to use but the white Gezzo I watered down like a paint emulsion is a great buy from Amazon. Thanks to allow. Artist and a positive idea from your list. Very good price. Good primer. Coverage is good (using it to prime canvases before painting in oils). Good size and will last me ages. For better gessos, be prepared to pay much more.

Really good quality gesso the coverage is excellent and its a nice big jar that lasts for ages. I used this on its own to paint a bottle wrapped in plaster of paris bandages and just sealed it with clear varnish and it looked excellent. The drying time is fast, obviously it dries much faster on a canvas than it does on a wrapped bottle but its still pretty quick. Acrylic paints go over it nice and smoothly. Would absolutely recommend, a must have for me from now on - its the best gesso I have used.

Achieved the background I wanted

Bought this to paint some signs for a protest on cardboard, worked really well. Also great value for money, as there is A LOT of paint in this tub. Managed to paint three placards with just the paint which was stuck to the inside of the lid. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to prime canvases or other surfaces.

I'm new to painting and art journalling. This product has worked wonderfully for me. Blots out everything and produces a nice even coating of black.

Für eine Malgruppe habe ich mich entschlossen, anstatt viele kleine Gesso-Packung eine große zu organisieren und bin auf dieses Produkt gestoßen. Für unseren Anfänger- bis Durchschnittsmaler-Kurs ist dieses Produkt bestens geeignet. Gesso lässt sich gut und gleichmäßig auftragen, ebenes Farbbild auch bei großen Flächen. Anschließendes Übermalen sehr gut möglich. Die Dose schließt gut ab, sodass die Farbe auch nach den ersten Öffnen noch lange nutzbar bleibt.

benötigte als grundierung für acryllandschaften und für mein aus alten buchseiten selbstgemachtes sketchbook einen schwarzengesso und bin mit diesem hier sehr zufrieden. sehr ergiebig, super deckend und es lässt sich toll drauf malen... für meine zwecke top!bin so begeistert, dass ich auch den weissen gesso dieser marke versuchen möchte, sobald der, den ich immer benutze leer ist...und das produkt ist auch AP gekennzeichnet, was mir sehr wichtig ist.
