I don't usually write reviews on here but felt I should for this product. I started the menopause fairly young. At about the age of 38. After 6 years of the most debilitating sweats and flushes I decided to give these a go. I was shattered. Little sleep. I would wake up soaking at least 4 times an hour. During the day was no better. I would get flushes and sweats continuously throughout the day also. I was tired, run down, and fed up. I really didn't want to go to my dr and go down the route of HRT. I just felt like that would only delay what my body needs to go through naturally. My mum had tried this herb many many years ago and said they had done nothing for her so I never really looked into the herbal route. But one day I sat and went through all the reviews. It seemed a divided result. Half saying they really helped and half saying they did nothing. So I figured it was worth a shot. I started taking them a week ago. Within 24 hours I noticed that the INTENSITY of the flushes had diminished. I would feel them starting but they never reached the strength they had. They were still there just not as strong. Then something amazing. Each day they improved slightly. Until here I am a week after starting them seeing amazing results. Last night I had ONE sweat. Which really wasn't anywhere near to what they had been. No dripping in sweat. Just a very hot feeling. But just one all night! And I have had the odd one in the day. But nothing too bad. They have made a HUGE difference. I cant quite believe that they have worked so well! If you are suffering please try these! It's worth a go. They may not work but they COULD be a complete game changer for you like they have been for me! BRILLIANT!!! *UPDATE* After being on the tablets for nearly 2 weeks ALL of my flushes and sweats have stopped. Completely. Wonderful

After having a total abdominal hysterectomy and both ovaries removed, the dreaded menopause hit me with all its symptoms like I'd just run into a brick wall at 100 miles per hour. Hot flushes, severe night sweats, and feeling very emotional for absolutely no reason etc. I was prescribed HRT, which completely alleviated these issues. However, 13 months later I was diagnosed with breast cancer, which was 'ER+' (Oestrogen Receptor Positive), meaning I had no choice but to come off HRT. Whilst weaning myself off the HRT, I started taking Menoherb, in conjunction with another herbal product (Menopace Plus). All I can say is, I haven't had any of the horrible menopausal symptoms back. Not only have the night sweats and hot flushes stayed away, my emotional mood swings have also been held at bay! At least, my other half is still alive and my kids are all still talking to me!! I can't swear that it's all down to these products, as I didn't take the chance of going 'cold turkey', but I can say that I wouldn't now risk finding out. Additionally, I originally bought this from another well known herbalist outlet, but paid about three times the price, as I didn't even think about checking Amazon at the time! Silly me! I will always compare prices, but so far, I haven't found this product cheaper elsewhere. I would suggest to anyone who is experiencing menopausal symptoms to give this a try for a month and see if you notice a difference. I would also recommend Menopace Plus, also through Amazon - much cheaper than the other place. Update 29/04/2014: Please note, I have stopped taking these products, as it turns out that they're not recommended for people with ER+ breast cancer. Although there is no evidence one way or another, NICE do not recommend the use of these products as there job is to stimulate oestrogen. Because they're herbal products, they do not undergo the stringent testing that medicines do, so I am not saying that they shouldn't be used; just that given the NICE recommendation, I have opted to stop taking them.

I've taken so many different menopause supplements and none of them worked until this one. It's a game changer and would highly recommend.
