Brilliant investment. Fitted in 5 minutes, looks great and very easy to use. My existing Werner loft ladder pole fits the twist lock so no need to buy an expensive pole; don't anyway as they give you a simple key for the lock which just needs to be attached to something. Measure your opening carefully, if it is a standard size then this is a brilliant product that I highly recommend.

easy to fit. Once you have cut a hole in the ceiling. Whole thing depends on how accurately spaced the joists are. Suggest you read right through before starting which I didn't. You need to have some timber handy to fit between the joists to support the "ends" of the hatch. Seems well made and insulated. Will buy another

Easy to fit, no draughts. Looks neat. Just the job

Really good service, ordered late on night arrived next day. Box was damaged but I believe this was the courier not the seller fault, but no damage to the product. Really easy to install self explanatory, cut the hole and fix to the joists. For the price really pleased with the product.

Bought as a replacement for the typically fitted wooden ones. It’s good quality and does the job perfectly. The fact that it pulls down rather than lifts up inside the loft hatch means it stays so much cleaner, and what’s more being plastic it wipes down really easily.
