Will this work with mirrorless camera?

It depends upon the Camera and its specifications. I have used it with a Fujifilm X-T4 and a Sony A7 Mk III, with great results.

What connection cable do i need to plug into camera mic port? 3.5mm jack trs to trrs, or trss to trss? also attenuated

The connections on the Tascam are trs. What you need on the other end of the cable is dependant on you camera. I don’t believe it needs to be attenuated. D
