It’s a good primer

I’m a man I don’t wear makeup, but I do suffer with shiny skin, I use a facial scrub and then moisturize afterwards, but my skin is always shiny and can be slightly greasy during the day. This product is absolutely wonderful. It literally wipes out shine, some people say it can leave a white finish it can but that’s because you use too much. You only need a little bit and then spread it out. So glad I found this product.

Has some shine control but not a great deal. Skin will still be oily by noon, although not as much. One of the better ones out there.

I have always struggled with oily skin and ruined makeup and always having a sweaty look about me due to my oil seeping through my matte makeup and matte powder! Always feeling aware of my patchy face and greasy look, definitely knocked my confidence even with makeuo on but this primer definitely works!! Seals in all that shine without suffocating your skin and blocking any pores etc and makes a smooth clean base for your foundation to glide over so easily and has definitely helped with my oil control and I feel so much more confident knowing I won't be shiny within half an hour of applying my makeup! Lasts all day and is well worth It!

Nice satin finish, neutral fragrance. Make up products works well when applied on top of the primer, leaving nice texture. Has been using it for a few weeks now and would definitely recommend it, hasn't caused any breakouts even that my skin is usually problematic and sensitive.

I bought this primer having read rave reviews from beauty bloggers as a cheaper everyday alternative to my Wild About Beauty Serum Primer (which I love!). Having used it for a few weeks now, I'm not impressed. I find it a bit stubborn to apply, resulting in a thin layer over the skin rather than being partially absorbed into the skin, partially acting as a barrier. The Wild About Beauty serum has the benefit of sinking into the skin a bit to keep my skin hydrated, as well as acting as a lovely base to apply my foundation to. Using my Real Techniques Buffing Brush and Clinique Liquid Foundation using both primers, I've found that my base is really difficult to apply when using the Rimmel Primer as it doesn't blend or move around the skin as well to create a natural finish. I also found that half way through the day, the foundation was creasing considerably into parts of my face which doesn't happy even when I apply with fingers with no primer. When using the Wild About Beauty serum by comparison, the product glides on and creates a lovely finish.Overall I wouldn't buy this again and will be looking to some of the other drugstore brands for a budget every day primer.

This has some hood and bad points. I usually use a 20 pound primer which I tried to purchase similar cheaper. This has the same texture as my expensive one so when people say it's to think that is actually a good thing not bad. You use a tiny amount and spread rather than rub. Use a brush if you have a spare and apply like foundation then tap in. It doesn't fill pores as well as the expensive one but does do a little bit of good so will give that side 3 stars. The main reason I buy expensive is for the matt effect and to stop oil which I get within minutes with a cheap primer thus actually held up but only till lunch so arpund 4 hours of use then it failed me. So I can't say it's bad but I can't say it is good compared to my expensive one. It slightly hides pores, applys really well leaving no sticky residue and dries well, it just doesn't last as long as I need it to. So I give it 5 stars, for a cheap primer it does an amazing job and probably the best cheap one I have used. My skin: acne prone 30 plus year old with large pores and a very oily t - zone (this did not block my pores either)

bon produit aide à faire tenir mon fond de teint j'ai une peau grasse. Il facilite bien l'application du fond de teint, les bases de rimmel sont toute bien je conseille. et pas de boutons supplémentaires . délais de livraison correct

Habe die Creme entdeckt, als ich in England war. Meine Haut fettet teilweise sehr stark, aber mit dieser Creme passiert das nicht mehr. Sehr empfehlenswert für Mischhaut.
