It has quite the array of minerals and trace elements, but the largest in quantity contained in the package is potassium, which is good. Some have stated that it is more salty than lmnt, which is impossible according to the laws of thermodynamics and basic physics. If you can do elementary math and ratios, you will see that it contains far more potassium relative to sodium, while lmnt has far more sodium relative to potassium. You don't even have to buy the product to find this out, the nutrition labels are available in the Amazon listings. Lmnt is not a good product for me because it contains too much salt relative to the rest of the minerals, and I get enough salt in my diet from food. This product called fasting electrolytes, I take it even though I'm not fasting. The extra potassium and magnesium help keep me from developing muscle cramps especially at night. The taste is not particularly good, it's just minerals and no sweeteners. But I add in small amounts to my lemon water throughout the day, or a little bit in my coffee. I'm pleased with the product, and will continue to order.

4 days into a 5 day fast and this product is carrying me! Makes water slightly salty but that’s unavoidable. Very impressed!

This stuff is like magic! It just tastes like powdered salt, which is fine to me, but it has helped tremendously with my cramps and headaches! It works almost instantly! Whether you're fasting or simply want electrolytes without sugar or artificial sweeteners, I highly recommend this! At first I thought it to be expensive, but considering how little you can take for it to work, I believe it to be priced right. It comes with two scooters, a tiny one and a bigger one. I only use the tint one. This bag should last me quite a while. Longer than a month.

I HAD A VERY PAINFUL SCIATICA AND WITHIN A FEW MINUTES OF TAKING A SCOOP OF THIS PRODUCT THE PAIN HAD COMPLETELY GONE, I MEAN GONE GONE GONE. WISH I'D STARTED TAKING THIS SOONER. AND, CONTRARY TO OTHER REVIEWS, I FIND THE TASTE OF THIS ELECTROLYTE FRESH AND CLEAN. GRATEFUL THAT THERE IS NO SUGAR OR STEVIA (WHICH I CAN'T STAND THE TASTE OF). BEST ELECTROLYTE I'VE EVER, EVER TRIED.

My first purchase was fine. The 2nd purchase all it seemed to be is baking soda. I did not get the desired affects like the first time. The 2nd experience was negative. No positive affects and only tasted strongly like baking soda. I'm very frustrated. Now I have to look for another electrolyte powder. I feel like I got riped off from my last purchase! Not the same product. UPDATE: I came back to this product and tried it again and stuck with it. I find it helpful once getting used to the taste. I got another packet and it works like the first one I bought. I don't know what was up with the second package. But anyhow, I'm back using it several times a day and even got a few friends to order theirs packages too. ☆ I'm changing the one star rating up to four stars and will evaluate it again down the road 😊

Could not be happier. Useful as a clean, simple and complete electrolyte mix, and as a substitute for table salt. The powder is superfine and goes in anything. We even used it for the pinch of salt in OATMEAL, and it was a healthier salt substitute that made the meal more satisfying. We're using it not only for electrolyte balance but also to clarify when hunger is hunger (vs nutrient craving), and as a food salt substitute (in moderation). One test we use for electrolyte mixes is to pour some one a plate, lick your finger, and dab some on a damp finger to taste it as-is. Does your body say it is food? YES, THIS IS FOOD, and it is GOOD. It addresses a spectrum of cravings. The packaging bag is thick and strong, well-sealed so don't worry anymore about those 2024 reviews about packaging defects. Those are often a shipment/handling issue but the bag is now so sturdy I think it's a nonissue.

Be mindful the amount of the servings changes when you get it. On the picture it says that it has more mg but when I got the product, all the ingredients decreased the amount (See the picture that I will take and compare my picture with the one posted here) Now I don’t know if I’m really consuming real ingredients….

I'm sure it works ok, but it tastes like drinking ocean water. Yuk!

REALLY salty/hard to drink, but the incredients are good. I use it on my multi-day fasts.

Best value real electrolytes that I have found and used. So much expensive garbage out there with extremely small amounts of potassium and sodium, I am glad this exists and will continue buying for years to come.

This stuff tastes BAD, let it be said, if you are expecting some sugary / glucose / aspartame / stevia slop, you won't find that here, this stuff tastes like sea water or maybe slightly worse. However if you are searching around for a CLEAN effective electrolyte that isn't filled with random chemicals this is exactly what you want, it is a pure combination of different salts that does exactly what you want.

WE placed our order on Monday and received delivery on Tuesday. We love these electrolytes, best on the market. Expensive but does not contain sugar or colors and flavours. Taste takes some getting used to but when you can handle it you'll love it.
