I found better to take the tablets, than weight the powder mix with water or something else etc etc etc.Also there is no after flavors , The product is good .

Tiny pouch! So not very cost effective, but im not a lover of the powder, or the chalky tablets. These are plastic coated capsules.Im just starting out so only taking one a day, but the packaging says to take 4. If i did take 4, they wouldnt last very long

I'm happy with this productbur the only thing I will say is that there are capsules available with a higher dose but it is extremely good value for the money it cost
