Get this!!
The media could not be loaded. Ordered yesterday, delivered today, watching right now.Nice box set. 24 disks!!!!Because people are complaining they don't work on uk players, I tried a red disk, tried a purple disk, and they work flawlessly. Tested in UK PS5.Warning, watching my short video may introduce serious feelings of nostalgia!!Needless to say, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Thundercats on DVD?! What are you waiting for?!
Like so many of my ilk, I was a huge Thundercats fan as a kid. It was easily one of the coolest cartoons to watch, and it's just as good as I remember here. So many exciting classic episodes like Lion-O's Anointment and The Last Day (among many more) can be relived over and over again, featuring great animation and an unforgettable soundtrack. There's an appalling lack of extras, but that can be overlooked due to every-single episode being included as promised. Even after all this time, Thundercats remains essential children's television and this box-set is an absolute bargain. Reacquaint yourself with Lion-O, Mumm-Ra and the rest of the gang!

Worth Having
I was a big fan of Thundercats during the '80s. I think it holds up pretty well. The animation is good and the music is very memorable. From what I remember, the 65 episodes from series 2 were never broadcast in the UK on BBC. The first 5 episodes of this series were edited together into the film, Thundercats HO!, which was released on VHS, but beyond that the remaining 60 episodes were completely new to me.This DVD is worth having, but it's not completely without flaws. The first episode, Exodus, has been cut in several places. I once owned the VHS of Exodus, which edited together the first 4 episodes into a film. Exodus was about 26 minutes long, including an introduction that came before the opening credits. The version on this DVD set is the standard 21-22 minutes. It might not sound like much, but it's noticeable having watched the VHS version so much! The episode order seems a bit strange as well. While the majority are stand-alone episodes, there's a 5-part episode called Lion'O's Annointment, which has been broken up with a few episodes between each part in this set. I'm not sure why this was done as they were broadcast on consecutive days back in the '80s.Lastly, the DVD menus seem a bit unremarkable. They're just static images, something that could easily be made on a home computer. It would have been nice to have dynamic animated menus, just to make the set seem more valuable. But despite all of this, the set is actually value for money at the price, so I would recommend it for the nostalgia alone.
