Grandstream GXP 2130 ( IP Phone, Video Phone )

Bought to replace my old GXP1625, and it's worth every penny. Sound and build quality are extremely high and it works like a dream

Easy to install and fast to get connected to the internet. If you get stuck use the online handbook to set-up. I use Soho66 to get my numbers and have an online account with them.

We've had a couple of hundred of these for about 3 years and, as far as I recall, they're all still working fine. They've had many and frequent firmware upgrades over the years, and many of the things previous reviewers have complained about are now fixed or added as new features. For example I've created a custom screen saver slide-show and I've written a Windows program that downloads the phone book from the PBX, lets you search for a contact, then gets the phone to dial the number. Occasionally (maybe once a month) a user will complain that the phone is behaving strangely or can't pick up calls. It's always fixed by a reboot ("have you tried turning it off and on again" - the most overused question in I.T.)

Bought 11 of these phones for my new office. Very rich in features. Had a bit of an issue with ghost dialing. But everything else seem to be fine. The speaker phone could have been louder.

Ich habe mir dieses Telefon gekauft, weil ich in meinem Home Office noch ein "richtiges" Telefon haben wollte. Die Konfiguration war jedoch eine kleine Herausforderung, da ich kein VoIP Experte bin. Meine Ausgangslage: Business-Anschluss von Unitymedia mit fester IP-Adresse und 3 Rufnummern (1x privat, 1x Büro, 1x fax), fritz.box 6360 als Modem geschaltet, Apple AirPort Express als Router für mein Hausnetz (ethernet cat7), in allen Zimmern Netzwerkanschlüsse. Konfiguration des Telefons in der fritz.box war schnell erledigt (als **620 Telefoniegerät eintragen, ankommende und abgehende Rufnummern zuweisen). Das Telefon hat bei mir eine feste IP-Adresse im Hausnetz bekommen, die im Telefon mit den anderen Netzwerkangaben eingetragen wurde. Konfiguration des Telefons dann über das Web-Interface, durch Aufruf der IP-Adresse. So weit so gut. Telefon wurde im Netz und durch SIP-Server erkannt (grüne Leitung auf Display), angehende Gespräche waren möglich - allerdings ohne Ton, auch nicht bei der Gegenstelle. Ankommende Gespräche auf dieses Telefon waren nicht möglich. Nach einigem Rumprobieren habe ich dann die UDP/TCP Ports in der fritz.box freigegeben, diese Ports auch im AirPortExpress freigeschaltet und auch noch einen STUN-Server in der Telefonkonfiguration eingetragen. Dann klappte es plötzlich. Scheinbar haben die firewalls der fritz.box und des Apple AirPort Express immer die ankommenden Daten blockiert, daher die Portfreigaben. Der STUN-Server sorgt dann dafür, dass die Ports tatsächlich auch für den SIP-Server frei bleiben. Muss man halt wissen, wenn man sich auf das Thema VoIP Konfiguration einlässt. Ist kein Plug-n-Play, sondern eher ein Plug-n-Pray. Telefon selbst ist gut zu bedienen und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Sprachqualität ist auch gut. Fazit: Empfehlenswert.

光回線をFreePBXに収容し、使用しています。見た目も悪くなく非常に高機能で以外に安定性にも優れ、約1年ほど使用しましたが何の問題点もありません。同システム内で併用してiPhoneでのSoftPhoneも利用していますが、フリーズなど一度もなく、こちらの商品の方が信頼性抜群です。

PROs: Color screen is fantastic. The feature set is PRO grade. The value for what you pay will have you wondering how you got so lucky. Lots of tweak-ability. This is great for any office that would like to sport their own company branding for a professional look. Anyone with basic XML experience can go nuts with this phone. Integration is tight - supports the extended feature set of many PBX solutions right out of the box, or your can make your integration solution with some basic XML using your favorite scripting language. Power over Eithernet (PoE) is great for reducing cable clutter and provides much needed simplicity for your end users. (Will just need to make a minor investment in PoE injectors for this) Grandstream customer service is fantastic. Cons: None.. Do not take my phone - (Might have to send Ninjas afta' ya)
