Great for my diabetic diet!
I love making tacos and burritos, but have a problem. I am diabetic and have to watch my; carbohydrates closely. Most tortilla products have too many carbs to allow me to have more than one in a meal. These low carb tortillas are great, and I can easily use one or two or even three in a meal without worry. They are very soft and tasty, and keep very well, even after their expiration date. I got this six pack right before I went into a taste slump where I didn't make very much Mexican food for a while, As a result, the expiration date has passed by a month or so before I used them all up. I couldn't tell any difference between those last ones and the first ones I used when I got this order. I just warm them for a few seconds each in the microwave before filling them, and they become nice and flexible and easy to fill and roll up, without any tearing or other problems. And they definitely don't have the sawdust/cardboard taste that the other brands of low carb tortillas I tried.

Great Tortillas and Prompt Response from Seller
I've been buying these specific tortillas because they are organic and I use them for so many different types of recipes. The latest delivery ended up in my mailbox, which was alarming because packaged food doesn't last long in the Florida heat. I messaged the seller with my concerns and they responded right away and were able to help me understand that they will replace damaged items, but I should specify delivery instructions. I've always had these delivered right to my front door in a box so it never occurred to me that they might someday end up in the mailbox. I was watching my email for this delivery so I got to it quick enough to get them indoors and they seem to be ok with no damage. Regardless of this slight inconvenience, I will say that I love this brand of organic tortillas and will continue purchasing them. Much thanks to the seller for a prompt response and good advice!

Less carbohydrates but full flavor
Save those extra carbs for something else. These have very low levels of carbohydrates when you compare them to a similar size product. This means you can put a little something extra on them that you might not be able to put on the traditional tortilla. But you can also leave it off and have the net gain or fewer carbs. This is not an inexpensive product but when you get the reduced carbs it’s well worth it they stay fresh and I have not had them go stale before overall I am very satisfied with this product. I have served them to people and they did not know that it was a reduced carbohydrate product to me that’s the best sign it’s like giving somebody decaf coffee and they think they’re drinking regular coffee. If it taste good enough without all the extra stuff then you know it’s a good product. I hope this review helps you and good luck in your car bro hydrate reduction in your diet.

Hooray for Organic White Flour Tortillas
White flour isn't the healthiest flour, I know------but I do love these tortillas. Super happy that they're organic. They keep well in the fridge and don't seem to get moldy too fast. But these tortillas sitting too long in the fridge shouldn't be a problem: Just eat them, as I do, a few times per week. Or maybe you can share with family. My "recipe:" I like to "double up" and lightly fry one tortilla topped w/ plenty of grated sharp cheddar. I add organic grated carrot and organic pre-fried sliced yellow onion. Next comes the lovely slices of avocado and dollops of salsa. Add salt and pepper and, if you have it, a sprinkling of "Spike" (type of veggie-salt, very salty). Don't have the heat up too high. Add that second tortilla on top and then flip the whole thing to cook that second side. Careful not to burn-----have low heat. Use a pizza cutter to cut into quarters. Makes a sublime and extremely satisfying quesadilla.

Keto Friendly
These are truly keto friendly and do not knock myself or my husband out of ketosis. Tasty and soft. Thickness of a regular tortilla, and big as a standard size tortilla as well (no street taco size). Can be used for a variety of things. These are my husband's go to!

These taste like real flour tortillas - unlike brands that offer low carb soft cardboard tortillas
These are the first low carb, high fiber, low calorie wraps that I have tried that are worth eating, they taste like normal flour tortillas, just a little thinner than the regular Mission Tortillas. I love that they have 50% of daily fiber and 5g of protein, low carb and only 70 calories. I use these wraps for veggies, pb&j and much more. They stay fresh for a good amount of time, even after opening. I usually put in microwave to warm them for about 10 sec. I make sure I never run out of these. Perfect alternative to higher calorie bread and wraps. Definitely far superior in taste to all others I have tried and thrown away because they were not worth wasting calories on, unlike these which are definitely worth the low 70 calories. I am shocked at how good they taste.

The best!
These are the best low carb tortillas out there. They taste great, the texture is spot on and they are actually low in net carbs. Until just recently we were able to get them at Target, but they only carry the whole wheat now and so Amazon is the only place I’ve found to get these anymore. They freeze well and so it didn’t bother me when I got them and they were close to the expiration. I kept a couple in the freezer just in their package and put the rest in my vacuum sealer and didn’t see a difference in quality so vacuum sealing isn’t necessary. They thaw pretty quick, but I’d recommend remembering to thaw them over a few hours instead of the microwave, as when using the microwave they get sort of wet. I’ll continue to buy these again and again!
