Great product but like others have said the instructions stink. I only used them to find the spacing between the bottom pivot point and the top strut placement. Other than that it’s useless. I chose to add a pillow and blanket storage on top because when you fold it those have to be taken off.

the directions are the worst, dimensions are wrong, parts are labeled wrong. Dimensions are not based on US wood dimensions and they are converted from metric dimensions versus what is typical US dimension. (.56 versus 9/16. )Parts #1 and #3 mislabeled. there is a part included which is not listed any place in the instructions.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hardware was easy to install and solid. There was one part on the frame that prevented the bed from folding up that had to be modified. A word of caution, the frame is larger than I thought and was difficult to move through narrow doorways. If I had it to do over again I would build the frame in the room where it was installed.

The hardware I would say is top notch. However the instructions were horrible. They could’ve added measurements to mount the gas struts that help you open and close bed. A little extra time spent figuring it out but happy with the overall results

The quality of the steel is quite good. I'm not at all concerned about it failing. Two of the parts were labeled incorrectly and did not coincide with the instructions which lead to some confusion. The measurements in the instructions were in decimals instead of fractions (example: 3.83") which made it challenging to build. Overall, I would say it's not worth the money, but hey, I was able to build my custom Murphy bed so I'm not totally disappointed. I probably would not buy again.

Don't waste your time if you're a beginner. All the measurements are with decimals instead of 12.75 instead of 12 3/4 and the decimals have to be rounded. So it will be hard to convert everything to what you can find typically here in the US.

I ordered this hardware to build a Murphy bed for my daughter. Twin horizontal. The instructions were pretty jank for something so detailed. I would not suggest this for someone with little carpentry skills. I had to discard the instructions for the most part and build the carcass and the bed platform from my own measurements. The measurements they use are like 27.4x40.4x.4 which I don’t find easy to convert if you aren’t seasoned. 27.5x40.4x.5 is easier so I adjusted accordingly. Also some of the flanges that are welded were offset so it looks bent. I made it work but wasn’t easy. I would probably suggest another seller and more quality brand if you wanted to take this on. Also it suggested 20” deep. I did 15.25 and a .75” trim and it fit a 10” mattress.
