Very informative and up to date. A great all around general machining textbook. Not all textbooks in this genre are as up to date with current manufacturing technology. If you are purchasing this for a class, be sure to order it a bit in advance. I buy them for my employees as we send them to school. Amazon will run low or run out as the beginning of the quarter approaches.This would be a great book to purchase to have on hand for reference at any manufacturing facility.

Mandatory purchase for my machinist course at Clover Park Technical College. Just wish the book was not so expensive. It is well written and filled with information that will carry me into the field of manufacturing technology with good success.

Good book a must have for someone looking to getninto the feild

This item was not NEW it has clear water damage. It even has an LPN label on it. Can't return it since I have class on Friday and I need the book, I'm very disappointed.
