Great for home use

Easy to assemble, although the instruction sheet that came with it was for a slightly different model. Also some pictures of the same product show the cushion and screws a different way round. I found that the cushion is best fitted with the thicker edge of the wedge positioned under the neck and not head. I have used the machine for ten days so far, doing between 10 - 20 rolls in most of the positions and although I can feel it on my stomach muscles, I have not notice any difference in my weight or shape. I will keep persevering and hope I see some benefits soon.

Good product

All element needed to set up this equipment was not complete in the package. A screw was missing to fix the headsrest. I had to return the product and it cost me £10 extra to return the parcel. I am very my much disapppointement.

Works stomach muscles well, but the head rest is very awkward and uncomfortable, unlike other models I have had in the past.

Excellent. Just what I wanted. Easy to use.

Very disappointing. Package looked like it had been open and was heavily cellotaped. The package was faded and when I opened it the contents were covered in rust at the joints. Really disappointed and not worth the price.
