Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick Glass Lid, 24 cm, Transparent, 962008240, 96200824000000

I bought this one hoping that it will fit the DE BUYER Mineral B Element Steel Frying Pan 24 cm, and fortunately it fits perfectly. Feels good quality, sturdy material. Really easy to clean as well. The top handle doesn't get hot. It's now getting used everyday and hopefully will last long.

If, like me, you've managed to break the cast iron lid of your Le Creuset casserole then this is a real find. It is perfect, perhaps better in some ways as you can see what's cooking.Make sure you order the correct size - I measured the outside of the casserole first time round and ended up with a lid that was too large. Tried again and this one is just right.

Bought this for my Creuset frying pan (Le Creuset 3-Ply Stainless Steel Uncoated) but it isn't a perfect fit. It works OK and does the job but although the diameter is the same, the top edge of the frying pan is sloping so the lid isn't a perfect fit. I'm sure there is one out there and I didn't do a good due diligence before buying it so It's my fault - However overall, I am happy with my purchase

but was bought as a cover for a non Le Creuset frying pan and doesn't quite fit, This is not due to any fault of this brand, but more likely poor QA in the standards of the frying pan manufacturer.One day in the not too distant future, I hope to be rich enough to have enough money to waste on the complete Le Creuset set

I bought this lid to replace one from a Tefal Professional range which I smashed. I couldn't replace the lid direct from Tefal apart from with a generic rubbish looking one which is the only one they supply. Then I discovered this one which is stylish and great value for money. A lesson learnt from me to stick with Le Cruset as they have the sense to continue to supply quality replacement parts for their items unlike other brands. Fortunately in my case it fitted my pan too!

This is a glass type lid which does not fit the appropriate pan very well at all, and not as well as other lids fit other LeCreuset pans. This lid is happy and wobbly on my LeCreuset sautés pan. The stainless lid is a much better fit and a glass lid for a smaller Saute pan is a better fit too. Unlike my other lid this one is not vented either.

I have a huge old but still good creuset stockpot so was horrified when I dropped the lid and split the knob on top. FGortunately the replacement glass lid is perfect and I can actually see what's happening inside the pot, the level of liquid etc. and I wish I had had it years ago.
