These are, by far, the best crispy Chinese noodles I have yet come across. All the better, they sell at a great price, as well. They are crunchy and stay crunchy for quite some time in a soup. If you like, you can wait awhile to let them soften a bit. They taste like the best such noodles I have had in my life. My wife loves them, too! They make chicken soup or Wonton soup even more delicious. I just re-ordered this pack of three ten ounce bags for less than 15 dollars!

These noodles are delicious! Fresh, crunchy & perfect as an appetizer with duck sauce.

It's more crunchy than crispy, which might suit other folks more than me. At least you don't have to worry about them mashing up from shipping. It has a great taste and makes for a good snack. Three bags hold about 4-6 servings each. I'd do it again.

I missed having this style of fried noodle in New England! Delicious snacks. My Mom would have loved them!! Big step up from La Choy noodles in a can. Especially tasty with them being fried in fresh frying oil and fresh ingredients. Yummy 😋

I love these! Just wish they weren't so expensive. They're always super crispy and great for salads and just munching on.

These are the best noodles. I usually prefer these noodles to crackers in a variety of soups. They are definitely good in all kinds of food, not just Chinese. The noodles are firm and crunchy and do not get mushy fast.

These are ok but are more hard/firm/dense than what you typically get in a restaurant.
