I bought these as holiday presents for my 14 year olds. I figured the processor would be fine and I'd get an external hard drive for extra memory. Set up was easy enough; however, we haven't been able to efficiently use them. I took to my IT guys at work to help me clear some of the unnecessary programs and apps, and to show them the issues I've been having.Consensus: junk and not as advertised.-15 minutes to open task manager-10 minutes to open McAfee-6 minutes to unpin an app from the task bar.-Microsoft edge will take minutes to load a web page and then gray screen.-I have a computer from 2008 that still loads faster and doesn't crash like these things.-major inconvenience, but what's worse is I planned out my budget for this, bought the extra protection, my kids were extactic to open these, and we haven't been able to use them.-literally at least 1 minute minimum to bring up any app.-I thought maybe I was erroneously sent a used one or refurbished one as one of them seemed to be working ok for the first day. Day two, same issues.1 star because the style, shipping, and price.What good is any of that if the machine is not usable? Can't take 1 hr just to open Amazon to shop with your family.

Returned, and will not buy another Lenovo product.
Our first Lenovo Ideapad 1i was purchased November of 2022, and is still in use by my oldest child. She liked it enough that we bought one (our second Lenovo Ideapad 1i) on August 25, 2023 for our youngest child. It lasted until February of 2025 when spacebar stopped working. It was out of warranty, but under an insurance policy. We replaced it with another Lenovo Ideapad 1i February 28, 2025. This one had a software issue that would not allow my daughter to log-in; it would loop her back to the log-in screen. I contacted Lenovo and they would not cover the issue under warranty and wanted to charge for tech support. This makes zero sense to me. I returned the laptop.

It run smoothly and it has great quality just what I needed for College wish though it was a little bit better with gaming.

Came already hacked
This computer arrives very very slow when I first turned it on it to three hours to do the reset that the company put on it before they sent it to me after Id finished resetting I connected to my Wi-Fi and haven’t been able to use the computer in the last 24 hours almost since I’ve had the computer also there is already a owner to the computer and has their information set up on the computer already so I will say this is a dud i fee like they are trying to get our information you might not want this one
