I was looking for a months worth of vitamins prepping a training cycle and always remember My proteins ALPHA MALE being a pretty solid option with a vitamin base along with numerous botanical extracts including Nettle Leaf, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Korean Ginseng, Royal Jelly, Ginko and Co Enzyme Q10 offering a lot of cover - all these are still listed in the ingredients. So imagine my disgust when I purchase this product and receive a massively stripped product with only one of these ingredients! #rip Alpha Male - unfortunately the product is no better than any entry level drugstore option. May as well go to Boots or Holland and Barrett to buy one of the products My Protein was originally head and shoulders above. Another victim of top down reorganization and financialism like so many once reputable brands! MyProtein haven't even bothered to maybe improve the quality of the fewer remaining ingredients so gone are the days where a full serving was 4 decent sized pills perfect for splitting morning and afternoon now you just get 2 shrunken pellets - maybe they ought to consider changing the name to "beta male" ? A real disappointment for long time customers and MyProtein fans The Tories may be dead and buried in the UK but their legacy lives in a generation of upper crust spivs and penny pinchers

These were great but unfortunately contain wheat, so they are not gluten free. I have had to stop using them. They are great value for money though and breaking them in half makes them way easier to swallow.

Ich nehme diese Tabletten seit über einem Jahr. Früher wurde ich immer sehr schnell krank und war der erste, der sich bei Wintereinbruch eine fette Erkältung geholt hat. Seitdem ich die Vitamintabletten nehme, wurde ich einfach nicht mehr krank. Maximal hatte ich für ein paar Stunden an einem Tag etwas Halsschmerzen oder leichtes Unwohlsein, aber keine Krankheit hat sich jemals wieder entfalten können. Der einzige Nachteil: Die Dinger stinken und schmecken echt nicht gut. Aber das nehme ich sehr gerne in Kauf für den mittlerweile zweiten Winter ohne Grippe/Erkältung! Ach ja, nach Einnahme pinkelt man eine etwas andere Farbe (in Richtung gelb bis neon-gelb), war bei mir aber nur der Toilettengang nach der Tablette, danach nicht mehr.

MyProtein Alpha Men ist besonders für den Kraftsport und Ausdauersport gedacht. Es beinhaltet viele Vitamine, die man benötigt. Die Tabletten sind recht groß mit 2cm Länge, wie man auf dem Bild erkennen kann. Leider haben diese auch einen sehr starken Eigengeruch, womit es am Anfang schwer fällt, diese zu nehmen. Der Vorteil ist aber, dass keine zusätzlichen Stoffe für den Mantel benötigt werden. Wie immer sollte man hierbei beachten, dass es sich um Nahrungsergänzungsmittel handelt und nur zusätzlich zu einer gesunden Ernährung genommen werden sollten. Positiv: - enthält viele wichtige Vitamine - Tabletten ohne unnötigen Zusatzstoffe - hilfreich zum Sport Negativ: - Tabletten sind mit 2cm sehr lang/groß - haben einen starken eigengeruch Fazit: MyProtein Alpha Men sind gute Multivitamin Tabletten die ich nur empfehlen kann. Sie unterstützen den Körper neben einer gesunden Ernährung. Ich persönlich habe damit einen besseren Effekt bemerkt.

Nehme ich schon Jahre lang. Mein Arzt sagt auch hier kann man nichts falsch machen um seine Ernährung etwas zu ergänzen.
