I previously had Lockly and had a horrible experience with them. I found this product and decided to try it out. It took me about 30 mins to install. I did have some questions and their team reached out to me in about a day on Whatsapp. Since I have had it, it has worked well and it has made it easy for my family and friends. I would say the initial programming was a little difficult, but as I said, I still got it done and I am not very good with technology like this. I would highly recommend it. Good value!

Worked great for first nine months. Then it started to malfunction. The alarms would go off randomly out of nowhere. The door would lock up and lock me out of the house. I reset the lock and put new pass codes in which seemed to fix the random alarm noises. But now, when you put in the code or use your fingerprint it makes the noise as if it were unlocking yet nothing happens. I’m done trying to figure this thing out.

I was initially hesitant to purchase this lock given the amount of features and low price compared to more well-known brands with fewer features. I installed the lock with no difficulties. The setup was also relatively simple.My only issue was in setting up the auto-lock feature, which at first glance, did not seem to be mentioned in the initial instructions. I tried contacting the toll-free service number, but there was no answer, and I didn't leave a message. I then saw the instructions I needed in another part of the product pamphlet and quickly finished the setup. All in all, it only took about 20-25 minutes.Smonet tech support later followed up by phone and text to ensure I didn't require help. It was refreshing to see that level of customer service, which seems to be a rarity these days.I bought this lock as a replacement for a brand name combo lock I purchased at a higher price, which did not have an auto-lock feature nor other great features such as a fingerprint and IR card reader. I am very pleased with this purchase and will likely buy another unit.

We live in an apartment, as most Millennials do, and wanted the place to be more like our own and change little things here and there. Searching for a while yielded nothing that had good enough reviews and was at a good price point. This guy shows up out of nowhere on a daily deal and i pulled the trigger. Two days later it was installed and i personally give it 5 stars.So far after a few days, there has been nothing out of the ordinary, malfunction or not work properly. I will say the auto-lock feature is great for the forgetful Fred's out there that leave the door unlocked all day. }I like having the ability to create temporary passcodes for friends or pet sitter. The fingerprint unlock has been a lifesaver already as well as the key fob that is now on my car keychain. If you have multiple things in your hands and trying to prove that can all be juggled, this lock backs you up!The only downfall is that there is no App to give time stamps and what user unlocked the door and how. But i give grace, for the price, there just isnt an app, and that's ok! No points deducted!

Lock won't lock all he way like it's a delay.better off keeping my old lock. Now I have to use key. pointless

I ordered 2 of these locks and I love them. One stoped working . Customer service was great the walked me through different things to try and get it to work. It still doesn’t work so they are sending me a new one

Only been installed for a couple of days, so far works great, like the different functions for unlocking.

It's great to have an affordable keyless, multiple choice locks. BUT, the locking mechanism stopped working after 2 months of use. In automatic use, the knob would turn to lock and then turn back right up to unclock halfway through. The voice command would confirm "lock" BUT the knob was just halfway lock. We have entered our home multiple times with the door unlocked - UNSAFE! The only way this "automatic lock" will work to full lock mode is bu use of manual key in. I am not satisfied with this product. I would like to get either a refund or replacement of new product please.Update:Amazing Customer Service Team. Promised to refund full product price. 4 star because it broke too soon. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star for price, functionality & customer service support.

This unit was missing 1 of its short screws but I was able to cut down the long ones I did receive.Sleek modern look to this lock w lots of great features at a great price. My only real complaint Is that Is the voice command says "unlocked"about 1.5 full seconds BEFORE it actually is fully unlocked. It doesn't sound like a lot but it means in practice that You end up with push, pull, jiggle the handle needlessly. It DOES open properly, It just seems off bc of the voice confirmation being slightly off.Very happy. Did the other doors in the house and got it for my mom's place too!1 Fob can be programmed on both locks very easily too.Is super easy to install but keep in mind that the drilling/enlarging of the hole in whatever type of door you have, is separate & not taken in account when saying it's a "easy install." -esp steel clad doors.Be prepared with all the tools & time to prep your door (both sides) And this 'easy install' will live up to its promises!good company & great buy!

Bought it but its keypad stopped working after 3 months so I had to contact customer service team. Fortunately, the customer service team is very outstanding and responsive. Since they couldn't fix it so they sent me a replacement instead.Product is good overall but customer service team is very professional.

I love this lock and the customer service Winter is very nice help me to solve all the problems
