Is this allowed in your hand luggage on a flight?

I wouldn’t expect airlines would permit it. It’s no different than regular cutlery and could be perceived as a weapon. Most likely a banned item in hand luggage.

The price jumps when you open the page by £2.00 if buying multiple numbers does the cost drop

No pouch with mine, just in its original plastic bag with a cardboard label. It's too tough to need a pouch :)
