Q: Has anyone just added it to the wash? i have a an lg he top-loader, and i was thinking of adding a cup of it, along with the regular detergent.

This would be considered an inefficient use of the product. It is unlikely you would see any improvement in the results of your laundry using BioStain & Odor Remover in this way. We recommend applying directly to stains as a pretreatment for laundry items.

Assuming you meant white carpets. My carpets are not white but are light colored. All of my carpet cleaning products are OdoBan. Love the product!

Q: Would this remove the stink from my compression hose (teds)? and how much would i put in a large front loading washer?

Would spray directly on item. Let sit for 15-20 minuets than hand wash cold water.
