I'm 23 years old, man, my growth spurt stopped a few years back. I didn't grow at all for 6 years so. I purchased this height pill, started stretching. I take 2 of each a day and has grown 1.5 inches in 6 months, now 5' 6.5". Not sure if it's the pills or another growth spurt but we'll keep taking them. The tabletss have great ingredients.
