Jabra Standard Mounting Component (14101-34)

This comes with a full sticking pad (already on the bottom and with a peel off protector) to stick it down and with two screws to screw it into place. I used the sticking pad to fix it in place - gave the surface a good cleaning beforehand of course. I can tell you, there is no moving this once it is stuck down!! It is stuck fast! And does the job 100%.You will need a very small Allen or star driver (not a Philips screwdriver)to release the holding clip - you should pick this up in any hardware store.
