British Bakels Gluten Free Artisan Bread Mix 300 g

I would give this 10 stars if I could. This works perfectly every time in my bread maker and is still soft days later unlike most gluten free bread which pulls off the amazing trick of being dry and sticky at the same time. I have also tried this in the oven on a baking tray to make a baguette and despite rising strangely it was perfectly cooked, soft and light.

Ok but don't know what the 'artisan' refers to? Maybe just the added colour!

Bakels make the nicest gluten free bread mixes which are also egg and soya free. The bread rises well with a crispy crust and stays moist and fresh for up to 6 days.

What an amazing flour! I use it to make pizza and I actually prefer it to wheat flour. Really great product, will be ordering some more.

Using these mixes every week at the moment, also blogging and instagraming via my blog name Glutarama. These are perfect for me as intolerant to many ingredients plus have a Coeliac daughter. Thank you for this awesome product. Looking forward to trying the cake mixes when I can find them on Amazon.

This okay for a gluten free bread but the multiseed one is much much nicer but it is difficult to find where to order it online. I was able to buy it once but have been unable to again.
