Really pleased with this product. We contemplated between getting one of these fans or an air conditioning unit. We decided to try this as it would take up a lot less space and we wouldn't need to be emptying water tanks like on an air con unit. So glad that we bought this, it is amazing. It brought the room temperature down considerably. We didn't even need to have it on the highest setting and after a while had to actually turn it down, it is that good. Very quiet also which is an added benefit. Very much needed in the hot weather we have recently had, highly recommended this fan. It is fairly expensive but you get what you pain for and it lives up to the Dyson quality.

Very easy to set up and works great. It's pricy but definitely worth it if you don't have ac.

Incredibly expensive but does the job well. I ordered from Amazon UK but this product was filled by Amazon France and arrived with a European plug. The seller supplied an English fitting plug but it is too bulky and meant I had to move furniture to accommodate the plug. Not impressed as it is not what I ordered and when you’re spending this amount of money I should have been warned in advance.

After struggling through two very warm Summers during which sleep seemed nigh-impossible, I decided to take the plunge and incur the significant cost to purchase this fan and I am pleased that I did. The Dyson fan has become such a welcome addition in my bedroom, helping to cool me down especially during the warmer nights. The noise from the fan has also helped in doubling as white-noise, helping to block out the external noises and aiding in my undisturbed sleep. I am pleased to have splashed the cash to purchase this.

This is simply a fancy fan. I sent back and enquired about a fitted aircon which was £700 per room (only 300 more than this fancy fan!) - this fan just blows warm air around like a normal fan, if thats what u want just buy a normal cheap fan as cooling affect is same! To note though the seller was super in refunding in full so hats off to them. My critique is with Dyson not the seller.

I found this fan brilliant ,very efficient and extreamely quiet. but we had to use and extension cable , as we dont have many power points, this is something to take into consideration, It arrived about a week earlier than was expected, so very eficient delivery from supplier. Expensive yes but well worth the money

Really good fan at close distance, best fan ever for that. Air flow seems to not go as far as a traditional fan though so not as good across a room. Not sure worth the value based on this

This fan is average. But for the price it's rubbish. It moves a little air around. The century system that is supposed to move more air hardly works. At full speed the fan is noisy. As an evening fan in quiet just moving the air it's fine, but don't expect it to cool you, it's a bit like a baby blowing out a candle. Spend the 400 quid on 10 40 quid fans and really move the air around.

Ich habe den Ventilator nun seit längerer Zeit in Gebrauch und möchte gerne meine Erfahrungen teilen: Die Lieferung verlief Amazon-gewohnt einwandfrei und auch super schnell. Angekommen lässt sich der sehr hochwertige Ventilator auch sehr einfach aufbauen und in Betrieb nehmen. Gewöhnlicherweise schalte ich den Ventilator aktuell via Timer für 30 Minuten auf höchster Stufe ein, sobald ich ins Bett gehe - das Geräusch stört mich dabei kaum und die Kühlleistung bzw. der entsprechende Luftstrom ist mega angenehm! Einzig das schwarze Kabel bei einem weißen, cleanen Gerät finde ich etwas störend - aber das kann man ja verstecken 😅 Alles in allem: klare Empfehlung, würde ich mir sofort wieder zulegen!

La puissance de ce ventilateur est impressionnante. Les deux-trois premiers niveaux de puissance sont assez silencieux pour la nuit et donnent déjà une très bonne ventilation. Sur 10, c’est « avis de tempête » 😂.

The design is, of course, beautiful, the functionality pleasingly silent. This fan arrived just in time for a welcome relief from a heat wave. Its sculptured form adds to the decor of any room with the convenience of a light-weight constitution which makes it easy to move around. The remote attaches to the top of the fan magnetically so there is no risk of misplacing it. There are several (10) settings of intensity. At the lowest one hardly hears any sound; excellent if you want to keep air circulation in the bedroom while sleeping. When we received the product in mid June, 2015, we noticed that the top of the fan had scratches and wondered what that was. We emailed the vendor, GencoDeals, immediately and have not received a reply as of today (July 22, 2015). While the blemish was minor and has not affected the performance of the product, it is disappointing to have no acknowledgement from GencoDeals. Needless to say, we recommend the product but not the vendor.
