This was the perfect choice. Supports my lower back and is super comfortable

I find that this cushion is most comfortable when I turn it over and sit on it upside down and back to front, this is because on the right side up the bum contours are only comfortable when you are sitting exactly in them. If you do not sit in exactly the right spot or if you wriggle a bit on the chair this moves you from the sweet spot to the ridges of the contours which is uncomfortable. The bottom line is turn the cushion over and place it back to front and this is a very comfortable cushion. I cannot really comment on pain relief as I do not have any back problems.

Having done something to my back - aged 72 - and not wanting to go and get hacked up in the medics - I opted for time and a back support gadget such as this. It is good. It's tall and firm enough to support the lumbar region, which a cushion never quite does. The price was good, it arrived quickly and in combination with a padded seat, it has certainly helped to ease my problems. Recommend it? Yes, although it works best if you take other steps to straighten up, such as making sure you don't slump either when walking or sitting - in other words getting your posture right - and taking exercise, if you can - I couldn't for a few days, could hardly budge. This thing helps with the posture, it puts you where it wants you, like a well-fit saddle and keeps you there.

Comfortable and does what it says.

This cushion is comfortable and the quality is good. It has a pure memory foam core and molds to the body well. I loved the plush feel of the cover BUT this is also its design flaw. The suede has a direction (like when you stroke a pet, the fur goes one way smooth and the other way is very rough) The cushion is designed with the direction of suede wrong in my opinion. When you sit on it, you slide forwards! If the suede was fitted the other direction, it would grip you and stop you slipping. Shame really. I cant sit on the floor with it. Overall its okay.

I bought the velour one for the car. It makes journeys much more comfortable. It is supportive and soft, minimising bumps and vibrations from the road, and it doesn't move. It has worked so well I bought a second one for my other half who kept using it when I wasn't in the car. Cheaper than changing the car!I have also used it in the house: office chair, dining table, anywhere you can think of really. As it can be used as a seat or a back rest it is incredibly versatile. Excellent product.

Update! Still working fine after nearly a year! Really, this thing has helped me. Hasn't gone flat either. Wanna buy another one to keep in the car but it's expensive! :( if I could say one thing to improve it, it'd be that I think it should be slightly wider because as I've gained weight I find I'm close to the edges (I'm a size 12) and sometimes I sit on one edge too much and I'm lop sided. If you're a size 14 I think you'd get away with it but my mum can't sit on it in her wheelchair because it's not wide enough. It's smaller in width than a car seat. I also don't like the middle bit as it sticks into my tailbone or spine when it sits up. Apart from those negatives it's still the best cushion I've found.Original review:Work for both needs. One thing to note is you can't return these - seller doesn't allow it through Amazon, and I chose the black mesh version - I wouldn't recommend this version as I keep slipping off mine and it's uncomfortable in shorts during hot weather! I have no idea why you can't return it as I left it in the bag to test too!

I've recently started a office job which has me sit within an office chair pretty much most of the day. I dont have the best sitting posture in general and prolonged sitting does hurt my back.So I thought it would be smart to invest in a comfortable but affordable seat to help me with my increasing back pain. Before purchasing this seat I have recently tried some more expensive cushions that did not give me the correct support I needed, so i've kind of had a brief history with these types of cushions.Anyway.. I decided to pick this due to the fact that it was at least £10 cheaper than the previously failed cushions and that the seat is one solid piece of memory foam ( No holes cut out the middle).So here is some pros and cons after around a month of daily useage:Pros!:-Very breathable material, especially after a long day of sitting down.-Has helped with my poor sitting posture and lower back pain.-Memory foam adapts to your sitting position, which supports you in all the right places.Cons!:-Its just a tad bit too small for my office seat, not to the extent that it makes it uncomfortable to sit in but it is noticeable around the leg area.Overall, I think this is a wonderful product that does support your back and butt for long periods of time. I would totally recommend this product to everyone who is suffering from mild lower back pain or tailbone pain.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Moi qui suis petite de buste, j'avais besoin dun rehausseur et celui-ci est parfait, je conduis mieux avec puisque je vois mieux également. Il est au bonnes dimensions, ultra confortable. Il m'a suffit de régler à nouveau la hauteur du siège et la hauteur du volant, ainsi que les rétroviseurs. Je recommande vivement cet article auquel je ne croyais pas du tout au départ. Belle surprise, adopté. Merci !
