INIKA Mineral Foundation Powder

Thank you INIKA for good natural shade Strenght as opposed to other makes that have like really orange or really pink shades. It's not even peachy really. I have light skin, but not the fairest one. My skin does tan somewhat easily, but it's very light, not medium. Ive got a slight olive tint and wherever tanned it's a bit lightly brownish, rather yellowy tan. This powder in shade strength N3 is just that. Matches my skin so well. I've got a stash of orange powders from other brands that make me look awful and never match my neck. This one looks truly natural, very good coverage, not too shiny and I find that throughout the day it doesn't promote excess oil on my face. It stays fine,not too oily all day.Update: This second half of the review is about Unity shade. I uploaded first the photos for Strength, then Unity and then both side by side. The Strength is better for me during the sunny months as it IS slightly warmer colour. For the least sunny months like November through March I see Unity is more suitable for me. Its not as warm and slightly lighter but not a big difference between them. Both colours are really realistic. I've tried Grace in a sample as well but that is a bit too pale for me but again, not very bright pink or yellow or orange, nice and subtle. I've tried nude by nature in their 4 lightest shades but none of those matched my skin at all, they were either very bright coloured or very light or very dark, no gradual change either. Bare minerals I've tried 2 shades of those but they were sooo chalky, looked awful on me. I'll never stop buying Inika.

I have very sensitive skin and Inika products are WONDERFUL for me. Powerful, glowing pigments in their blushers and lipsticks and ultra natural yet complimentary foundations.You can build this for more cover, or keep it sheer, either way it looks 100% natural and flawless.I believe there may be some kind of witchcraft involved.The folks at Inika are either enjoying a particularly rewarding relationship with the Almighty or sacrificing small children.Either way keep up the good work, I LOVE your make up.

This foundation has light coverage but has worked WONDERS for my skin which was reacting badly to my previous Vasanti liquid foundation. It's perfect for keeping it natural in the day!

Ordered as a present. I’ve been using this mineral foundation for 3 years now after being very happy with bare minerals. Lovely quality, goes on easily and looks natural. No harmful ingredients, good colour range. I’ve got incredibly sensitive skin that tends to get breakouts.

It's kind of nice, with nice matt finish and nice,even and effective coverage; but if you have blemish prone/sensitive skin stay away from it.

A little goes a long way! But I love that I'm putting something devoid of nasty chemicals on my face. Your skin is your largest organ, after all and I want to limit my chemical load. Covers well without caking. I first got a smaller travel sized at a natural foods grocer and loved it so much, I invested in the full size.

This product for me is a game changer. I have highly intolerant acne prone skin and have been looking for a foundation for years that offers natural coverage without silicones and nasties. And this is it. I've tried the leading brand mineral powders and for me, they do not compare to this product, they don't even come close. This actually blends into flawless natural coverage without sitting in pores or looking chalky. It lasts well all day and doesn't my clog my pores. The shade "Nurture" is really natural and realistic. My skin is really pale so I gambled getting this shade but I wanted something warmer for summer. It just blends so well because the colour is really natural- other brands have left me looking jaundiced. Thanks INIKA, this product is great.

I’ve been using this product for over 15 years and while I’ve dabbled with other mineral powders I always come back to Inika. I think it is even good enough to put straight onto your skin without a primer. Nor have I found another mineral powder that is so good at colour matching skin tone.

It blends easily and covers as much or as little as I want! It feels great, like I have nothing on! I wish there were a few more colors in cool shades.

I was given the gift of this mineral foundation from my sister in law while I was overseas in Europe and I ran out of my Bella Terra powder. I'm usually very picky about mineral powder, but I've been using it for a year now and this stuff works GREAT - I like it better than Bella Terra now. There are a variety of shades to choose from. I use the N2 and N3 depending on my tone/ shade at the time and they provide excellent coverage. I have mild acne scars and REALLY BAD dark under eye circles and I can even use this powder as a concealer instead of using liquid concealer. I'll be using this brand from now on.

Absolutely love love love this powder!!! Was in search for powder foundation with the right ingredients for ages. I’m so glad I came across Inika :) coverage is lovely and smooth, buildable to full if desired. Leaves skin with subtle glow (no shiny!) Looks like nothing on skin which is another bonus! Doesn't clog the pores or causes breakouts. Little goes long way.

Great coverage even with small amount. Though much more expensive than other brands, it's silkier on skin than other brands.
