Can you leave this product in the car during the summer? Can it withstand heat?

I keep mine in the car (driver's side) and I have not had any problems. It is not hot to sit on because of the webbing on the top.

Does it have straps to secure it to a scooter seat.

It has handle straps do you could certainly use Velcro or a small bungee cord to attach it to a scooter seat

Will it be able to pass thru tsa at airport? wooried because of gel.

Passes through airport security in international airports, no problem. Haven't tried it in USA, yet. I can't imagine it being an issue, though.
