Okay so the quality of the hair is nice and actually feels like human hair but it is definitely not 120 grams... I used to buy the 70 gram hair from a different buyer because it was a cheaper option however the quality wasn’ t the greatest and it felt stringy. These feel thinner than those I used to buy or comparably the same which would be fine if they weren’t $60 since I only paid $30 for the other ones. These don’t feel super thick but they are good quality and the seller included some extra goodies. I bought the 20 inch 120 gram light brown hair for reference. It did come with 10 pieces, most of the pieces were single clip strands. I think this would be good if you have long hair already and are just looking for thickness. For $60 dollars I don’t think I’ll be buying again though because I have thin hair and I feel like I need another pack to fill it out.Update: I did have some concerns that came up but the seller contacted me right away and answered my questions. I’ve never had such good customer service and had a seller answer my questions in such detail so I was grateful for that.

100% FALSE ADVERTISING. NOT human hair. NOT 160g NOT 20in
First off I had high hopes based on pix and reviews and all the "free" things they give you. They Did come early which is why 2 stars. I noticed they were very thin @ the ends of the hair and so I measured them. I bought 20 inch and ONLY 4/7 hairs are 20 inches. I thought I was given 18 or 16 inch by mistake b/c that not acceptable to have that thin of hair @ the bottom. (My hair IS thin too)but nope the bag says 20 inch. I can't use these so I WAS going to ask for a partial refund for only receiving 18 inches of hair or to exchange for longer hair @ no cost but then I noticed that they are NOT 100% human hair. I didn't notice until I washed a few pieces. I HAD to b/c of the OFFENSIVE chemical order on them. I was giving this co. the benefit of doubt since they were packaged and mailed. My first pair of extensions came in only a plastic bag and didn't smell but still being positive. After that they STILL smelled and I could then see all the fake plastic/clear hairs within. Not just in the top part all through the hair. So now I'm realizing that this co. is 100%false advertising their products and considering the price I paid for these "real human hair" the free gifts are NOT free. They aren't even 160 grams. As you can see in the pic of side by side I inch tracks, they are actually thinner than my 70 gram extensions I had first.(the left is Heesaga "160g" and the left is my 70g which is thicker) I even died mine a few times and they are 2 years old. All around the co. Is false advertising their ENTIRE product. Dont Buy. Please Amazon take this co off until they describe it correctly.

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!!!!
I use to be in the wig business for many years and have never seen such a class act presentation of a product. The packaging is beyond the best I've ever seen. The extensions are so well made and beautiful. Absolutely elegant! The thickness of these extensions are just perfect, not cheap at all. These extensions look like they could have been bought in Beverly Hills at the most expensive wig salon. I know quality and these extensions are the finest quality. I've looked at extensions at other beauty supply stores, much more expensive then these and not nearly as fine a product. The packaging of this product as I said before is "THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN"!!!!! I even showed the packaging to my husband and he was very impressed. I am so amazed at this product and recommend this company to anyone looking for extensions. When you receive them, you are going to be amazed. If I were to have spent a thousand dollars on extensions they couldn't be better then Heesaga. Wait till you receive them, you will be thrilled!!! Take this from a lady that knows good quality and have worked in this business for many years. Amazing! Amazing!

Okay product for the price
Love the box and colored extension that came with it. The extensions looked and felt great when I took them out. But the ends do dry out and damage quickly even with care. Especially if you are one that uses heat products everyday. But I figured out that just taking a zip lock baggie and putting enough extra virgin olive oil to cover the extensions. Fill a sink up with warm water and place the baggie in the sink for about 30 min. After I take the bag out of the sink I usually let me extensions soak in the oil for a couple days. Than I take them out, wash and let air dry. Do not brush until they are completely dry. After that the extensions will be super soft again.

Bad clips, great hair. But waste of money if you can't even wear them
I'm in love!!!! Color is a perfect match and they look like my hair. I have been wearing extensions for years and these are so far the best. I love the packaging. They straighten and curl well and definitely is real hair. I bought the light brown (more of a medium brown) in 200 grams and my natural hair is little past my shoulders medium thickness. I'm growing my natural color out so these are perfect during the process. Customer for life tbh. Also I was giving up hope and have bought from several companies off Amazon just to return them. These are perfect. I will update in a month on wear and tear for everybody. Very happy with these, just buy them!!!!!Update: I am not sure if I got a bad set but the clips are horrible they keep flipping over. Will not stay clipped in for the life of me. I really love the hair itself but can't wear the extensions if they keep coming unclipped or flipping over. Just a mess. Wish the hair had decent clips that's all bc these were a waist of money great hair but the clips make it where it can't even be worn. No I will not purchase again for the price and awful clips.
