These are okay for a temporary solution or for a bra that you hardly wear. But, this is not a permanent fix for an everyday bra. This is basically a BAND extender. It allows you to wear your bra without actually closing the band at the clasps. BUT, the band also has the shoulder straps sewn in the back, at specific measurements to be in-line with the front part of the straps. When you put this extender in the middle/back of your band, you’re causing the shoulder straps in the back of the bra to be pushed farther apart than they were meant to be. For me, this causes my straps to constantly slip off my shoulders and it also causes the sides of the cups to creep forward, leaving a gap for “sideboob”.

If you are looking for an extender that will yield you a fraction of an inch more room, look no further. My fit issue is measured in inches and these are no help. In addition, there is no padding, elastic or flap to cover the hooks. You’re getting four rows of hooks and THATS ALL. Painful and too tight...garbage. There are extenders available with soft cushioning fabric that extends beyond the hooks for poke-free comfort...look for those!

I have had trouble getting strapless bras to fit correctly in the cup. When I finally found (with help from a great fitter) the right one, I was ecstatic. However, illness and medication caused me to gain weight, which made the band of the bra too tight. When I thought of band extenders, I started looking on-line. These were a perfect fit to my Wacoal Red Carpet strapless bras. I needed a nude and black - won't ever use the white. It was a bit tricky to get the extenders to stay on, but I managed and it made the bras a perfect fit! Now I can wear them with my off-the-shoulder tops and dresses and feel comfortable and confident! One con- too bad the package included a white extender. I mean, really, who wears white bras in 2018 that can be seen through everything?

Needed just a tad of extra extension in the fit of my bras at various times and didn't want that elastic part that so many of these expanders has. Found these and decided to try them. Love them! They are PERFECT! Just decided to order 3 and 4 hook expanders in this style as well! Highly recommend to give just that little bit of breathing room when needed. Men have no idea what we go through, do they?

They worked to extend the strap on my bra just a bit more as the bra was just a bit tight so was uncomfortable to wear. My bra did not come in a bigger band size and was almost new so this allowed me to wear it again. Although my bra measured a little smaller band width ( alittle narrower than 3 inches) and my hooks appeared a little closer than the measurements on here it ended up working fine.

I have ordered other brands of these as well and these are much softer and nicer. The fabric on the inside is the same as out and is much less scratchy than other brands. These are silky smooth. They could have a bit more fabric on the outer edge to cover the hooks better but otherwise these are very nice. I would buy again. Sheerness is not applicable.

These are nice and soft and comfortable, no scratching or poking. The hooks are set a tad further apart than the bras I'm using them on (Vanity Fair) but it seems this is the only spacing you can buy, it does work. The color is nice with cream or soft rose and they are nice quality for the price. Nice looking - not "industrial" like some I've seen.

Very happy to find a 3-pack with 4 hooks. Not the easiest configuration to find. Is just perfect for my needs.

Would give zero stars if zero was available. Hooks were spaced unevenly and several were broken, making the product useless. Awful.
