Good, but strapless
Cushioning effect is good. But it's strapless. Hence it does not hold it in position. The mouth is wide open. Go for Amazon basics cushion, it comes with a strap.

Foam material looks good and give comfortable neck support. Best fit for 2 inch diameter barbells. But keep in mind If you have old 1 inch diameter barbells then it will have loose grip on it.
