After the bras I had been happily wearing for years went off the market, and I had tried a number of unsatisfactory options, I went to a professional fitter, who sold me a Wacoal bra - after that I felt I could be confident with the sizing which is always a problem with bras, and ordered this model online. Its become my new standard. The fit, support and shaping provided by this unpadded, wireless bra is truly excellent and the comfort as well, with smooth fabric good strap adjustment and much less chafing by the band than I have experienced with other bras. Worth the money to get this terrific product probably the best bra I have ever owned.

Very comfortable bra. Fits well and super comfortable - barely feels like you're wearing a bra. It isn't lined though, so keep that in mind if you're looking for something with padding.

Short version: Go down one size in the band, but with your usual cup size. e.g. If normally a 36D, buy 34D. Long version: I usually wear a 36D. As many know, Wacoal tends to run small, so even though some reviews said it ran large I ordered 36D. On the tightest hook, the band was fine but that meant the bra would lose its fit pretty quickly. Having had boobs in bras for a half-century now (holy moly), I applied bra common sense and ordered a size down with a larger cup: 34DD. Cup was wrinkly: too big. This time I tried a 34D. Ta da!!! Fits well in the cup, fits on the middle hook just like mom taught me, and is supportive and comfortable.
