These bands are one of the greatest ways to build strength in your movements for your individual sprint, races, and even can be used for training for long distance… if utilized correctly, you can create explosive speed without ever using weights! I have bought this product three times because the bands usually break after so much use. But I trained five kids with the same bands for two years before they broke so they definitely got a lot of use. Hands-down one of the best track tools ever.

Would have given five stars were not for the very strong odor on the cuffs. The bands look to be very strong and durable. The cuffs are comfortable on the legs.

These cabins were purchased for my daughter’s track workouts. They’re comfortable they get the job done and affordable. If you’re looking for exercise equipment or training equipment, no need to look for that. This is the best product out here. The price is amazing compared to the competitors. The durability is upstanding and if I had a need for extra set, I would buy this one again!
