Excellent quality nice metal piece far better than what came with the shower well worth buying

While the item is nicely constructed of solid metal and not plastic like others, the threaded section through the wall is too short for going through a tile, adhesive backing and ply backing board, leaving insufficient threads fora retaining nut and or the supply pipe connection to be fitted. Be sure that your only going through a thin section wall to use this unit, also note not supplied with a thin retaining nut to hold in place.

Cheaply made and with connectors being too close to the wall, there is also no way to properly water proof between the cover and tile unless you put a bed of ugly silicon on top

I brought the other cheaper but it’s leaking that’s why ordered this one. I’m just done the new bathroom today, this shower holder working very great, and heavy than leaking one! Good quality!
