You’ve been warned.The spikes have a stupid fastening design. Screws are next to madness to use, zip ties are far easier.Good boy!

Useless
Well, the birds perch on them. Squirrels stand on them and raccoons climb/stand with no problem. So, basically they are useless and now screwed into my 4x4 post and squirrel baffle. Don’t bother.

Good quality but not for small nails
Good product, strong “spikes”, BUT I wish it would be easier to install in concrete, I think need a better design for it, like edges … I wanted to install it quickly and easy with small concrete nails instead of screws (a lot more work) and didn’t want use very large nails so I couldn’t use the holes so I had to nail it somewhere unfortunately I got broken pcs.I was able to made it, doesn’t very nice but it works.

Look good, but…..
I’m having raccoon problems on my roof. They damaged the roof to the tune of 2 grand. I had these spikes installed. Unfortunately, they haven’t deterred the raccoons, not because they aren’t effective but because raccoons have been assaulting my house for 40 years and have learned to bypass EVERY deterrent I have tried. Over the years, I have learned the names of mama and babies and have had MANY generations just laugh at my attempts to stop them. The spikes look cool, but haven’t stopped these determined monsters!

Squirrels love them
Get the metal ones. Squirrels eat the plastic. Even with the metal, they would bring nesting material to lay on top. Had to go to a two part - metal spikes plus repellant.

Failure
Don’t waste your money! The birds land on top of these super sharp spikes like it’s nothing!!
