Nothing wrong with the actual plate. Just didn't fit our microwave.

Perfect fit for my Hamilton Beach microwave. I purchased a brand new microwave and when I opened the box the plate was broken. Instead of returning it, I just purchased a replacement plate. After reading the good reviews, I decided on this one, and it was a perfect fit. The packaging was great and had padding to prevent breaking during shipping.
