The directions do not come in English. I am not sure how long to keep screw white brace on. However I did it as long as I could and then added the finger brace. I would like more details about time etc. and directions in English .......Seems to be a good product (only used for 24 hrs.

this might fit a chinaman's finger but not an American stud, don't buy it. waste of money just have to return it

I wasn't sure if this thing would help my bent crippled fingers, but I gave it a shot. Boy am I glad that I did! This finger vice is amazing! Not only did it help straighten my fingers but it is helping to strengthen them as well. Now I can't say how long it will keep them from curling back up, so I put it on and off several times a day, just to be sure. I'll report back in a few months and see what happens.
