I honestly didn’t realize I’d never left a review and was just coming to update about the customer service so here it is in full …CUSTOMER SERVICE:I had my first ever issue when I opened my latest shipment today so I just called the support number. The woman who answered the call and the gentleman that took my complaint were both extremely friendly and I didn’t wait even a second between transfers. He assured me that a new kit would be sent out today.PRODUCT:As far as the product itself - I have ZERO complaints. Unlike other reviews I have never had an issue with overheating nor yellowing even when sitting for months in my cupboard. I have yet to even see a product I’ve made yellow in the slightest…and I have a child who has claimed many products as her own over the years.I use both the deep pour and table top for different applications. But any time I want a super easy clear pour I use the deep pour to assure there are zero bubbles (and it’s a lot less effort than warming/degassing any brand of table top). I’ve had zero curing issues with either product (but I love the fast cure of the table top compared to other brands!) Both cure rock hard and clear with no cloudiness, streaking, fish-eyeing etc.I have used every top name brand of epoxy resin and they simply don’t compare. From brands that claim to be “made for artists” to the brands that claim to be “bubble free” or have “the best non-yellowing agents”…they didn’t stand up to Superclear. One I actually ended up in ER from due to the fumes.I would definitely recommend Superclear.I will update if I have any further updates!

Good quality but be sure to mix when it's warm, when the temperature of working space is cold make sure you warm these up. I put them in a box with a space heater blowing into it. When it's cooler it will tend to produce 100's of micro bubbles, not totally noticeable but you will see them under bright light. It's a thin epoxy so if your mixing colors and swirls etc... let the epoxy sit for a few minutes as you keep stirring so it begins to thicken a little bit.

I purchased this during the Holidays and paid less than $100. I should have ordered a few more. Excellent Product.

Shipping was very fast this time. On a previous order it took several weeks to get the package. I believe it was due to it being damaged in transit. The product its self is of excellent quality and I will continue using it as long as it remains that way.
