They truly care about their customers and will make it right.EDIT to update my 1 star to a 3 star. Customer service refunded me for a portion of the product which was nice. It was still disappointing that there were missing pieces and damaged pieces, however the frame has been sturdy and I’m happy that they cared to refund me for the money I spent in new pieces plus a little extra.Upon arrival there were several missing bolts that we had to replace ourselves at the local hardware store. The frame itself was also scuffed and scraped in multiple places and it wouldn’t buff out. I contacted customer service and they wanted picture proof which I happily provided, although I can’t take pictures of missing bolts so I provided pictures of the receipts from our local hardware store to prove that we had to replace the missing bolts. After providing proof, they have not responded to me to let me know their solution. Once we were able to put the frame together, it was a quick and simple process and the frame itself seems sturdy. So I would say the product itself is nice but I am unhappy with the missing pieces, damaged product, and customer service not getting back to me.

I purchased this product and had no issues when it was first set up, worked excellent for us. However, after 5 months, several of the slats have bent or practically sheared. I was not aware as the topper and blankets covered the area but upon laying towards the area, I felt the dip and after inspecting, seen the problem. I am on the heavier end of 270lbs, my fiancé is half that and my 2 year old is a fraction further. We are the only ones that occupy the bed and outside of the 2 year old, no one jumps on or falls upon this bed to cause damage. We have walked on the bed twice early when we started using it but beyond that, just normal sleeping and folding laundry on it. Thinking that was the worst of it, just days later of discovering that, one of the outside supports sheared in two when I went to put my daughter down as I placed my knee first and felt the collapse beneath me.All of the slats that bent were at the foot of the bed and the side support that broke was about 7 inches from the foot board. Outside of my daughter climbing onto the bed from the foot and laundry baskets of clothes being sat at the foot, there is no weight being placed there yet it failed. Now, I have to sleep on a broken frame until I can get this replaced. "Heavy Duty" is quite misleading.

The bed was harder to assemble than the instructions stated, but the customer service department got hold of me and worked together for a smoother experience for other consumers!I really appreciate the support understanding and service from Musen and especially Ella in customer service!This is a good bed and very sturdy, I'm over 400 lbs and the bed makes virtually no noise at all!

It’s a good and sturdy bed frame.Some of the pieces came a little bent at the ends but the metal was thin enough we were able to very easily bend them right back to how they were supposed to be. They were pieces you wouldn’t see because the mattress sits on them, so it doesn’t bother us at all.The bed didn’t creak at first but after a few months it started to make some noise getting in and out of bed. Nothing major but still something to note.Overall very happy with the bed frame, it looks nice and is very sturdy. Would make moving easier due to how it’s disassembled.

I like the style, and is good for lighter people. Was easy to assemble, height is good. It is noisy once used a while. I’d say great for a single person if you’re heavier, not so great for a couple trying to be discrete.

It took maybe an hour to put together. Super simple honestly. It’s also incredibly sturdy, which I was really worried about as with me, my fiancé, and our dogs sleep on it and all together weigh around 600lbs, but I’ve never felt concerned with it! Great buy!

I'll start by saying my partner and I are large people. Well under the advertised weight limit but still, not small. A week after we purchased the bed we heard a pop and had a sag in the middle of the bed. The middle support bar had bent. Not a huge deal, that's where most of the weight is and things happen. I requested, and promptly received, a replacement. I replaced the broken part and put 1/2 inch plywood down under the mattress to take the strain off of the middle bar and evenly distribute the weight. Appeoxy. 6 weeks after doing this I lifted the mattress up to clean under the bed and once again the middle bar is bent in the same place. Thankfully the plywood is there and makes the bed sleepable. Overall the frame is pretty good, but definitely put additional support under the middle bar if you're of a larger body type

I bought this like 5 months ago and put it in the garage waiting for my new apartment to get done with construction….couple days ago I finally was able to get into my new spot and I re read the reviews and was terrified at what they said being all bad lol …so I had my dad who is pretty good at building stuff it t together and it seems pretty good and sturdy now no missing pieces. Let’s see how long it lasts will update if it falls apart but it’s looking pretty damn good!!
