Dr. Berg always has good supplements. Easy on the stomach and the mint in it is a nice change. Soothing as well. I change my probiotics every couple of months, but his are one of my favorite.

Good value works as advertised

This worked immediately for me on day 1 of taking it. I had been experiencing bad gas🫤 pains and bloating for weeks. This happened whether I atr 🌱healthy or had something a little greasy. The gas pains often got worse with every meal I had. It was 🫤awful, as I had a constant feel of bloat in my stomach. After taking this on day 1 the gas pains disappeared. My stomach began to feel light again. I took this pill on an empty stomach, & ate about 30 mins later. The meal I ate shouldve made me gassy & bloated, but didnt!
