This book is changing my life.
This is the most effective and efficient method of changing unwanted subconscious reactions to trauma, stress or fear. It is changing my life and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Can take up to hour and half
I tried these meditations very sceptical about the Dr Joe phenomenon, however, I have been pleasantly surprised. If you`re having a tough time, with any part of life then I recommend these meditations. I like his voice, it`s not syrupy like some. There`s soothing background sounds and music. Although, you can stop when you want to, the longer meditation is an hour and half. Even if nothing changes, at least you`ve relaxed for a while. Recommend buying the Break the habit of being yourself, as well.

I'm not an English native speaker and still I find the book is written in a clear and precise way. With the detailed explanations it’s helping in understanding my own feelings, thoughts and behaviours. I'm now happy to learn that I'm not condemned to spend the rest of my life frustrated with unwanted thoughts and feelings. Thank you Dr Dispenza it's a fantastic present to know I can work in changing myself for a better me. I'm still reading the book but I think, it's the most precious hope I have ever found.

I bought this after reading the book, and have also encouraged done the live show via a progressive workshop with Dr Joe in London. The meditations are a commitment in terms of time but they are certainly working for me, Dr Joe has a powerful meditation voice and the background music is stimulating to get into a deep meditative state. Not all my habits are ones I want to break, but I would say this whole concept flirts with the 12 steps program philosophy. It's broadening my mind and put me in an improving space.

Great Mediations for worry, anxiety, negative thoughts..
This is so worth the praise, if you need to rewire your brain from constant worry, anxiety, and even fear, start with this Guy.Every day for 3 weeks, and it will change the way you think.
