This guillotine is excellent. It's sharp and sturdy but also surprisingly lightweight making it super portable. It did take me a bit of getting used to with how firmly to press down the guard so my card didn't slip but now I have the hang of it I'm away! The accuracy of the measurements is spot on and the cut is so clean. I purchased this product while it was on offer so the price point was just in my price range. I highly recommend this guillotine and I'm looking into purchasing the larger one in the future.

It's a sweet little guillotine paper trimmer. It's small, compact and light so very portable. The blade cuts clean, although it is necessary to hold your paper in place because the blade does tend to push your paper away from the ruled top ledge. I used it to cut a stack of cardstock to mat size pieces and the process was easy and they all seem to be the same size. The cutting surface has a debossed grid and the ruled edge uses both imperial and metric systems.

It's sturdy, works well, good finger guard! Measurements seem very accurate. Tidy design, and value for money.

This is my first guillotine style trimmer, I usually use roller-blade timmer but it won't be my last time. Small, easy to carry with most of the common sizes (6x4 and 3x4 etc) already etched into the plastic top. The blade gives a sharp edge every time, even with difficult mediums such as handmade papers and coated foil cardstocks. Also tried on many key brands of cardstock such as Bazzill , American Crafts , Centura Pearl and Hunkydory

My old paper cutter was after a while ripping paper and I was fed up having to order new blades so after looking at reviews I thought I'd try this one. So glad I did its brilliant, I get a sharp cut with no little bits being ripped. Simple to use and store. Have used it to cut thin paper, thin and thick card, perfect each time. Would recommend
